Steve Ticknor has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2001 and has performed in the top 5% of all real estate agents for many years. His career started as a solo agent, then he added his first assistant (his Mom!) and continued to grow his business for several years. He worked his way up to running a large team, then managed an independent real estate office and eventually started his own brokerage in Portland, OR before relocating to Lake Havasu to start Sunstone Real Estate Group with his father-in-law Bob Ulery. Steve is a dedicated, full-time REALTOR® who prides himself on being readily available, highly professional and ready to provide his clients with 5-Star customer service.
Giving back to the community is very important to Steve and he is past President of the Lake Havasu City Rotary Club and is on the Board of Directors for the Havasu Community Health Foundation, and is the Executive Director for the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival and Fair. You won’t find too many Realtors who are as excited and enthusiastic about what they do. Steve loves being a REALTOR®. . . and it shows! When Steve isn’t busy working with his real estate clients, he enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife Lynne and mini-dachshunds Benjamin and Daisy. He also loves golf, cars, photography, BBQ-ing (just about anything), and travel.
